{"id":2248,"date":"2024-04-15T10:54:54","date_gmt":"2024-04-15T08:54:54","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.pierre-le-cycliste.fr\/?p=2248"},"modified":"2024-04-15T10:54:54","modified_gmt":"2024-04-15T08:54:54","slug":"costa-brava-jour-10-olot-perpignan-123-km","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.pierre-le-cycliste.fr\/index.php\/2024\/04\/15\/costa-brava-jour-10-olot-perpignan-123-km\/","title":{"rendered":"Costa-Brava &#8211; jour 10 &#8211; Olot &#8211; Perpignan &#8211; 123 km"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>Hier soir s&rsquo;est termin\u00e9 cet excellent s\u00e9jour sur la Costa Brava apr\u00e8s une \u00e9tape de 123 kilom\u00e8tres avec le passage d&rsquo;un col pyr\u00e9n\u00e9en \u00e0 1513 m\u00e8tres.<\/p>\n<p>1160 m\u00e8tres de d\u00e9nivel\u00e9 en 43 kilom\u00e8tres (comme on aurait calcul\u00e9 autrefois avec les cartes Michelin, du point le plus bas 354 m\u00e8tres au point le plus haut 1913 m\u00e8tres), soit 2,7 % de d\u00e9nivel\u00e9. Pas tr\u00e8s m\u00e9chant.<\/p>\n<p>Une mont\u00e9e \u00e0 peu pr\u00e8s continue avec le passage d&rsquo;un premier col, le Capsacosta \u00e0 820 m\u00e8tres d&rsquo;altitude (mais on n&rsquo;est pas vraiment en haut, on est \u00e0 900 m\u00e8tres d&rsquo;altitude un peu plus loin !).<\/p>\n<p>Je fais ma premi\u00e8re pause casse-cro\u00fbte \u00e0 Camprodon, 30 km apr\u00e8s le d\u00e9part et 3 heures de route. Mon petit-d\u00e9jeuner a \u00e9t\u00e9 moins riche et moins copieux que ceux de Lloret de Mar.<\/p>\n<p>La deuxi\u00e8me partie de la mont\u00e9e se passe bien aussi. Tous les kilom\u00e8tres, il y a un panneau indiquant le reste de route \u00e0 parcourir et le pourcentage moyen restant, information pas tr\u00e8s pertinente. Il vaudrait mieux savoir le pourcentage moyen du kilom\u00e8tre suivant. Certains sont plus durs que d&rsquo;autres. Sur la fin, le pourcentage moyen est plut\u00f4t 5%, avec des portions \u00e0 10%.<\/p>\n<p>Parti \u00e0 8h, apr\u00e8s 48 kilom\u00e8tres, je suis au sommet du col d&rsquo;Ar\u00e8s peu avant 13h, ce qui correspond \u00e0 mon tableau de marche.<\/p>\n<p>Toute la route s&rsquo;est faite sur une route d&rsquo;excellente qualit\u00e9 avec une certaine circulation, mais supportable, sauf 11 kilom\u00e8tres avec le col de Capsacosta, o\u00f9 la circulation \u00e9tait nulle, pas une voiture, mont\u00e9e super agr\u00e9able, les voitures prenant un autre itin\u00e9raire avec un long tunnel interdit aux v\u00e9los.<\/p>\n<p>Comme le montre les photos, temps magnifique toute la journ\u00e9e.<\/p>\n<p>D\u00e8s l&rsquo;entr\u00e9e en France, la qualit\u00e9 de la route change &#8230; et il n&rsquo;y a plus du tout de circulation.<\/p>\n<p>Dans la mont\u00e9e du col, j&rsquo;avais crois\u00e9 ou \u00e9tait doubl\u00e9 par de tr\u00e8s nombreux cyclistes espagnols. C\u00f4t\u00e9 fran\u00e7ais, jusqu&rsquo;\u00e0 Perpignan, je ne verrai pas un seul cycliste, sauf en arrivant sur Prats de Mollo o\u00f9 je croise un groupe de 6 cyclistes qui s&rsquo;appr\u00eate \u00e0 remonter le col d&rsquo;Ar\u00e8s par le versant fran\u00e7ais, mais ce sont des Espagnols qui m&rsquo;avaient doubl\u00e9 dans la mont\u00e9e et qui rentrent chez eux.<\/p>\n<p>Mais il est 13 heures pass\u00e9s et dans la vall\u00e9e du Tech, il fait tr\u00e8s chaud. Peut-\u00eatre que les cyclistes fran\u00e7ais ont roul\u00e9 le matin et sont maintenant tranquillement en train de prendre l&rsquo;ap\u00e9ro au frais.<\/p>\n<p>La descente du Tech est belle, mais il fait tr\u00e8s chaud et j&rsquo;ai un bon vent de face, vent chaud.<\/p>\n<p>Je fais une deuxi\u00e8me pause casse-cro\u00fbte \u00e0 Arles sur Tech, il me reste 50 kilom\u00e8tres jusqu&rsquo;\u00e0 Perpignan.<\/p>\n<p>Passage \u00e0 Am\u00e9lie les Bains, puis la vall\u00e9e s&rsquo;\u00e9largit, le vent est plus frais, rafra\u00eechissant, m\u00eame s&rsquo;il est toujours d\u00e9favorable.<\/p>\n<p>Je suis sur une grande route rectiligne, mais j&rsquo;ai une bonne bande cyclable et la circulation n&rsquo;est pas tr\u00e8s importante. La p\u00e9n\u00e9tration dans Perpignan n&rsquo;est pas tr\u00e8s secure pour les v\u00e9los, aucune proposition ou possibilit\u00e9 \u00e9vidente d&rsquo;alternative. Heureusement, on est dimanche, et ce ne sont pas encore les retours de week-end par ce c\u00f4t\u00e9 l\u00e0 !<\/p>\n<p>J&rsquo;arrive vers 17h30 apr\u00e8s cette longue et derni\u00e8re \u00e9tape. Aujourd&rsquo;hui journ\u00e9e tranquille \u00e0 Perpignan avant le retour sur Nantes, en train, demain.<\/p>\n<p>Ainsi se termine ce voyage sur la Costa Brava :<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>10 jours<\/li>\n<li>950 kilom\u00e8tres<\/li>\n<li>11 300 m\u00e8tres de d\u00e9nivel\u00e9s positifs cumul\u00e9s (calcul Brouter, \u00e0 peu pr\u00e8s \u00e9quivalent \u00e0
