{"id":2704,"date":"2024-06-19T17:59:58","date_gmt":"2024-06-19T15:59:58","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.pierre-le-cycliste.fr\/?p=2704"},"modified":"2024-06-19T17:59:58","modified_gmt":"2024-06-19T15:59:58","slug":"freney-doisans-jour-05-montee-au-col-de-sarenne-1999-metres-daltitude-vitesse-moyenne-75-km-h","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.pierre-le-cycliste.fr\/index.php\/2024\/06\/19\/freney-doisans-jour-05-montee-au-col-de-sarenne-1999-metres-daltitude-vitesse-moyenne-75-km-h\/","title":{"rendered":"Freney d&rsquo;Oisans &#8211; jour 05 &#8211; Mont\u00e9e au col de Sarenne &#8211; 1999 m\u00e8tres d&rsquo;altitude &#8211; vitesse moyenne 7,5 km\/h"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>Ce matin, d\u00e9part 6h30, temps clair, un peu brumeux, altitude 930 m\u00e8tres<\/p>\n<p>Mont\u00e9e au lac du Chambon, puis premier raidillon pour monter \u00e0 Mizo\u00ebn, altitude 1185 m\u00e8tres.<\/p>\n<p>Ensuite, on remonte la vall\u00e9e du Ferrand jusqu&rsquo;\u00e0 Clavans le Bas (1365 m\u00e8tres), puis Clavans le Haut (1400 m\u00e8tres).<\/p>\n<p>Toute cette premi\u00e8re partie (un peu moins de 9 kilom\u00e8tres) se fait essentiellement \u00e0 l&rsquo;ombre, le soleil est bien lev\u00e9, mais cach\u00e9 par les montagnes. <\/p>\n<p>Il reste 6 kilom\u00e8tres pour arriver au sommet du col de Sarenne, ascencion au soleil avec une superbe vue sur les montagnes.<\/p>\n<p>Globalement 2 heures pour faire 15 kilom\u00e8tres, 1070 m\u00e8tres de d\u00e9nivel\u00e9, \u00e0 7,5 km.h, pourcentage moyen 7 %, si on ne tient pas compte des descentes. Dans la pratique, c&rsquo;est plut\u00f4t un peu plus raide, le dernier kilom\u00e8tres est \u00e0 10,5 %.<\/p>\n<p>Le kilom\u00e8tre le plus lent (le dernier) a \u00e9t\u00e9 parcouru \u00e0 5,6 km\/h.<\/p>\n<p>La forme est bonne, et je passe sans difficult\u00e9 ce col.<\/p>\n<p>Puis c&rsquo;est 7 kilom\u00e8tres de faux-plat pour rejoindre l&rsquo;Alpe d&rsquo;Huez o\u00f9 je m&rsquo;alourdis de 5 kilos de ravitaillement.<\/p>\n<p>Descente de 13 kilom\u00e8tres jusqu&rsquo;\u00e0 Bourg d&rsquo;Oisans. Je croise la 12\u00b0 \u00e9dition de la Mont\u00e9e de l&rsquo;Alpe d&rsquo;Huez du 93\u00b0 R\u00e9giment d&rsquo;Artillerie de Montagne. 21 virages de solidarit\u00e9 pour soutenir les bless\u00e9s de l&rsquo;Arm\u00e9e de Terre, des cyclistes musculaires, des cyclistes en VTT \u00e9lectrique, des coureurs \u00e0 pied, des marcheurs \u00e0 pied. Tr\u00e8s tr\u00e8s nombreux. Cela s&rsquo;\u00e9tale tout au long de la mont\u00e9e (descente pour moi).<\/p>\n<p>Ensuite 5 kilom\u00e8tres de faux-plat le long de la Romanche avant d&rsquo;entamer la mont\u00e9e sur Freney d&rsquo;Oisans o\u00f9 il faut reprendre 250 m\u00e8tres de d\u00e9nivel\u00e9 en 4 km, avant de redescendre un peu sur Freney.<\/p>\n<p>Au total un tour de 49 kilom\u00e8tres parcourus tranquillement en 4h30, en comptant les arr\u00eats.<\/p>\n<p>Itin\u00e9raire bien connu pour moi, cela doit \u00eatre au moins ma 4\u00e8me ascension du col de Sarrene et retour par l&rsquo;Alpe d&rsquo;Huez.<\/p>\n<p>Cet apr\u00e8s-midi, mont\u00e9e en voiture \u00e0 Mont de Lans, et aller-retour \u00e0 pied avec Chantal jusqu&rsquo;au village de Cuculet (village en cul de
