{"id":2797,"date":"2024-06-26T09:14:10","date_gmt":"2024-06-26T07:14:10","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.pierre-le-cycliste.fr\/?p=2797"},"modified":"2024-06-26T09:18:53","modified_gmt":"2024-06-26T07:18:53","slug":"freney-doisans-jour-11-col-dornon-1377-metres-col-du-solude-1680-metres","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.pierre-le-cycliste.fr\/index.php\/2024\/06\/26\/freney-doisans-jour-11-col-dornon-1377-metres-col-du-solude-1680-metres\/","title":{"rendered":"Freney d&rsquo;Oisans &#8211; jour 11 &#8211; Col d&rsquo;Ornon (1377 m\u00e8tres) &#8211; Col du Solude (1680 m\u00e8tres) &#8211; 68 kilom\u00e8tres."},"content":{"rendered":"<p>Hier, randonn\u00e9e v\u00e9lo classique pour moi : descente \u00e0 Bourg d&rsquo;Oisans, mont\u00e9e \u00e0 Villard Reymond, puis descente vers Bourg d&rsquo;Oisans via Villard Notre Dame en passant par deux assez longs tunnels non \u00e9clair\u00e9s et en virage &#8230;<\/p>\n<p>Comme pour monter \u00e0 Villard Reymond depuis Bourg d&rsquo;Oisans, il faut prendre la route du Col d&rsquo;ornon, je choisis de corser un peu la matin\u00e9e en montant jusqu&rsquo;au sommet du col d&rsquo;Ornon, altitude 1377 m\u00e8tres, d\u00e9nivel\u00e9 de 650 m\u00e8tres, et de redescendre jusqu&rsquo;au village de La Palud (altitude 936 m\u00e8tres) avant de remonter vers Villard Reymond et le col de Solude (altitude 1680 m\u00e8tres, 750 m\u00e8tres de d\u00e9nivel\u00e9 depuis La Palud).<\/p>\n<p>La pente moyenne pour le col du Solude est de 6,9 % pour 9,4 kilom\u00e8tres de mont\u00e9e. c&rsquo;est assez dur !<\/p>\n<p>A Villard Reymond, je ne suis pas tout \u00e0 fait en haut du col du Solude. Apr\u00e8s avoir travers\u00e9 le village, un chemin un peu raide me permet de rejoindre le col, et une piste en faux plat me conduit \u00e0 Villard Notre Dame o\u00f9 je retrouve la route qui descend sur Bourg d&rsquo;Oisans.<\/p>\n<p>Parti vers 6h30, je croiserai un cyclo-randonneur dans la descente du Col d&rsquo;Ornon, puis trois cyclo-sportifs dans ma mont\u00e9e du col du Solude. Autrefois, on aurait compt\u00e9 650 m + 750 m + 200 m pour remonter de Bourg d&rsquo;Oisans au Freney, soit 1600 m\u00e8tres de d\u00e9nivel\u00e9.<\/p><\/div>\n<div id=\"attachment_2773\"
