{"id":2850,"date":"2024-07-02T10:11:06","date_gmt":"2024-07-02T08:11:06","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.pierre-le-cycliste.fr\/?p=2850"},"modified":"2024-07-02T10:11:06","modified_gmt":"2024-07-02T08:11:06","slug":"freney-doisans-jour-13-et-14-le-bac-brevet-alpin-de-cyclotourisme-205-km","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.pierre-le-cycliste.fr\/index.php\/2024\/07\/02\/freney-doisans-jour-13-et-14-le-bac-brevet-alpin-de-cyclotourisme-205-km\/","title":{"rendered":"Freney d&rsquo;Oisans &#8211; jour 13 et 14 &#8211; Le BAC &#8211; Brevet Alpin de Cyclotourisme &#8211; 205 km"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>Pour terminer en beaut\u00e9 ce s\u00e9jour de deux semaines en Oisans, apr\u00e8s 5 belles randonn\u00e9es \u00e0 v\u00e9lo \u00e0 la journ\u00e9e (Les Deux Alpes, le col de Sarenne via Mizo\u00ebn, le col de Sarenne via l&rsquo;Alpe d&rsquo;Huez, le col du Galibier par le col du Lautaret, le col d&rsquo;Ornon et le col de Solude),<\/p>\n<p>j&rsquo;envisageais de retenter le BRA (Brevet de Randonneur des Alpes), brevet qui consite \u00e0 faire une boucle partant de Bourg d&rsquo;Oisans et y revenant,via les cols de La Croix de Fer, du Mollard, du T\u00e9l\u00e9graphe et du Galibier, en une journ\u00e9e.<\/p>\n<p>J&rsquo;avais tent\u00e9 ce d\u00e9fi en juillet 2019, mais j&rsquo;avais \u00e9chou\u00e9. Arriv\u00e9 au sommet du col du T\u00e9l\u00e9graphe, j&rsquo;avais renonc\u00e9, \u00e0 bout de forces, et j&rsquo;avais demand\u00e9 \u00e0 la voiture-balai d&rsquo;un groupe de cyclistes hollandais de me transporter au sommet du Galibier, ayant termin\u00e9 \u00e0 v\u00e9lo par la descente sur le Freney d&rsquo;Oisans.<\/p>\n<p>Mais les conditions n&rsquo;\u00e9taient peut-\u00eatre pas optimales. Je revenais de mon voyage en Ukraine (2 mois), j&rsquo;avais peut-\u00eatre trop roul\u00e9 dans les 10 jours pr\u00e9c\u00e9dents, bon pour l&rsquo;entra\u00eenement, mais aussi usant, et je l&rsquo;avais tent\u00e9 avec mon v\u00e9lo de course aux d\u00e9veloppements plus grands que ceux de mon v\u00e9lo de randonn\u00e9e.<\/p>\n<p>Cette ann\u00e9e, j&rsquo;avais pris la pr\u00e9caution de ne rouler qu&rsquo;un jour sur deux.<\/p>\n<p>Mais j&rsquo;ai pris cinq ans de plus depuis 2024, et apr\u00e8s r\u00e9flexion, j&rsquo;ai pr\u00e9f\u00e9r\u00e9 tent\u00e9 le BAC (Brevet Alpin de Cyclotourisme). La m\u00eame chose que le BRA (Brevet de Randonneur des Alpes), mais sur deux jours.<\/p>\n<p>Que ce soit en 2019, ou cette ann\u00e9e, je ne me suis pas inscrit officiellement au brevet qui a lieu \u00e0 une date fixe un an sur deux (2019, 2021, 2023, 2025), mais le BRA officiel ou non, j&rsquo;en r\u00eave depuis 1973 &#8230;<\/p>\n<p>Cette randonn\u00e9 de deux jours s&rsquo;est bien pass\u00e9e, mais ce sera probablement ma derni\u00e8re grande randonn\u00e9e alpine. Le col de la Croix de Fer, c&rsquo;est 26 km de mont\u00e9e rude, le col du Galibier, c&rsquo;est 34 km de mont\u00e9e en comptant l&rsquo;ascension pr\u00e9alable du T\u00e9l\u00e9graphe ou du Lautaret, cela commence \u00e0 faire tr\u00e8s long, et encore plus en les encha\u00eenant deux jours de suite.<\/p>\n<p>Du Freney \u00e0 Modane, 117 kilom\u00e8tres,<br \/>\nle col de la Croix de Fer, c&rsquo;est 19 km de mont\u00e9e, en excluant les descentes, 1357 m\u00e8tres de d\u00e9nivel\u00e9 \u00e0 7 % en moyenne,<br \/>\nle col du Mollard, 400 m\u00e8tres de d\u00e9nivel\u00e9,<br \/>\nla mont\u00e9e de Saint Jean de Maurienne \u00e0 Modane, 581 m\u00e8tres de d\u00e9nivel\u00e9<br \/>\nsoit 2338 m\u00e8tres de d\u00e9nivel\u00e9 dans la journ\u00e9e.<\/p>\n<p>de Modane au Freney, 90 kilom\u00e8tres<br \/>\nle col du T\u00e9l\u00e9graphe, c&rsquo;est 12 km de mont\u00e9e, 830 m\u00e8tres de d\u00e9nivel\u00e9 \u00e0 7 %,<br \/>\nle col du Galibier depuis Valloire, c&rsquo;est 18 km de mont\u00e9e, 1225 m\u00e8tres de d\u00e9nivel\u00e9 \u00e0 6,8 %<br \/>\nsoit 2055 m\u00e8tres de d\u00e9nivel\u00e9 dans la journ\u00e9e.<\/p>\n<p>Les mont\u00e9es du Glandon et de la Croix de Fer ont \u00e9t\u00e9 tr\u00e8s agr\u00e9ables, doubl\u00e9 par quelques cyclosportifs.<\/p>\n<p>Les Aiguilles d&rsquo;Arves \u00e9taient dans les nuages.<\/p>\n<p>Dans la mont\u00e9e du Mollard, il faisait un peu plus chaud, mais j&rsquo;\u00e9tais tout seul.<\/p>\n<p>Belle descente dans la vall\u00e9e de la Maurienne via les villages d&rsquo;Albiez le Vieux, Albiez le Jeune et Villargondran. Petite remont\u00e9e pour passer par le village du Bochet et rejoindre Saint Michel de Maurienne.<\/p>\n<p>Mont\u00e9e vers Modane via la Nationale en longeant l&rsquo;autoroute, \u00e0 l&rsquo;ombre de l&rsquo;autoroute qui est sur\u00e9lev\u00e9e et prot\u00e9g\u00e9e de l&rsquo;Arc par un grand mur. Aucune circulation (ou tr\u00e8s peu sur la Nationale), l&rsquo;autoroute vers Modane est gratuite (gratuit\u00e9 peut-\u00eatre provisoire, car li\u00e9e \u00e0 des travaux sur la Nationale).<\/p>\n<p>A 4 kilom\u00e8tres de Modane, mauvaise surprise, la Nationale est coup\u00e9e par des travaux, et d\u00e9vi\u00e9e par le village de Saint Andr\u00e9 avec une bonne c\u00f4te, d\u00e9nivel\u00e9 100 m\u00e8tres. J&rsquo;ai d\u00e9j\u00e0 110 kilom\u00e8tres dans les jambes, et 2300 m\u00e8tres de d\u00e9nivel\u00e9&#8230;<\/p>\n<p>Parti \u00e0 6h du matin, j&rsquo;arrive \u00e0 16h.<\/p>\n<p>Bonne nuit de r\u00e9cup\u00e9ration \u00e0 l&rsquo;h\u00f4tel de la Gare.<\/p>\n<p>Le lendemain, retour \u00e0 Saint Michel de Maurienne via Saint Andr\u00e9. En d\u00e9but de journ\u00e9e, la c\u00f4te est plus facile.<\/p>\n<p>A partir de Saint Michel de Maurienne, d\u00e9but de la mont\u00e9e du col du T\u00e9l\u00e9graphe, mont\u00e9e plus raide que dans mon souvenir &#8230; et la moins agr\u00e9able de toutes mes ascensions, une circulation assez importante de gens press\u00e9s, et des groupes de motards.<\/p>\n<p>Dans mes souvenirs, du T\u00e9l\u00e9graphe au pied du Galibier, c&rsquo;\u00e9tait plut\u00f4t un faux-plat, le Plan Lachat. <\/p>\n<p>Dans la r\u00e9alit\u00e9, du T\u00e9l\u00e9graphe, on descend sur Valloire, 160 m\u00e8tres de d\u00e9nivel\u00e9 \u00ab\u00a0perdus\u00a0\u00bb, pour repartir par une tr\u00e8s longue c\u00f4te en ligne droite. Il y a bien quelques faux-plats, mais ils sont rares et courts.<\/p>\n<p>Parti \u00e0 7h de Modane, je suis \u00e0 8h \u00e0 Saint Michel de Maurienne pour d\u00e9marrer l&rsquo;ascension du T\u00e9l\u00e9graphe, puis \u00e0 9h50 au sommet du T\u00e9l\u00e9graphe. Pause casse-cro\u00fbte.<\/p>\n<p>Je suis au Plan Lachat, \u00e0 8 km du sommet du Galibier \u00e0 12h, et \u00e0 13h15 au col.<\/p>\n<p>Je me suis fait \u00e9norm\u00e9ment doubl\u00e9 par des cyclosportifs dans la mont\u00e9e du Galibier, sans en doubler aucun en train de rouler, mais parfois arr\u00eat\u00e9s pour une pause et me rattappant ensuite.
